The Mayfield Village Police Department after <br />? conductinq a parking and traffic study for three <br />different days within a thirty (30) day period, <br />. determine that the parking and traffic conditions <br />present a safety hazard to the occupants of such <br />premises. <br />B. Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances <br />compatible to the business and operation at such <br />site. <br />C. Failure to pay any taxes.due to Mayfield <br />Village in connection with the business oF the <br />' . permittee. <br />D_ operation of the business authorized by this <br />._ _. _. ..:. permit. i.n a manner determined by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to be detrimental to the health, <br />. .. • . . __..._._. ...:..: :.. .safetyr?. morals. or welfare of the residents of <br />. . .. .. ..:: : . - Mayfield Villaga in such- a::manner.• :'as to constituta <br />.-.a nuisance,-or permitting the grounds or buildings <br />to become unsafe or unsightly. <br />The permittee shall have no more than ninety (90) <br />days to comply with any violation of the terms and <br />conditions set forth hereinabove, said ninety (90) day <br />period to commence aPter the permittee receives written <br />notice from the Municipality of such violation. <br />7. Progressive Insurance will make avery effort to <br />provide transportation for its trainees by: (a) a <br />purchase of a van by Progressive to transport trainees <br />from motels, apartments or cther Progressive buildings; <br />(b) use of hotel, motel curtesy limos; and (c) car <br />pools among trainees. <br />Hefore such a parking variance is issued, it will be <br />necessary for Progressive Insurance to submit a letter of intent <br />as to their adherenca to the. conditions stated above. <br />Thank you far your cooperation in this respect. <br />sincerely yours, <br />Fred P.
