M.V. ORDINANCE NO. 91- 12 <br />Page 6 <br />SECTION 3. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to draw warrants for payment of any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or <br />officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by Ordinance <br />or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no <br />warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. The Director of Finance, at any time during <br />calendar year 1991, is further authorized to: <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the <br />sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00); and <br />Transfer from the General Fund to the Beech Hill Fund <br />the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) <br />Transfer from t <br />the sum of Six <br />Cents ($618.57) <br />SECTION S. <br />entirety. <br />he Recreation Fund to the Scholarship Fund <br />Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Fifty-Seven <br />Ordinance No. 91-10 is hereby repealed in its <br />SECTION 6. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 7. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village <br />for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are <br />necessary to maintain governmental services.
