ORDINANCE NO. 97:-20 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1173 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGEo OHIO, PERTAINING TO OFFICE - LABORATORY USE AND AREA REGULATION3 IN THE PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IPTCONSISTENT HEREWITH WHEREA3, Section 1173.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, requires that buildings and uses in a Production-Distribution District be subject to all lot area and yard regulations, building area, off-street parking, loading and access regulation, and other applicable regulations within such district; and WHEREAS, Section 1173.03(c)(1) provides for main buildings and uses in the Production-Distribution District; and WHEREAS, Section 1173.04(a) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, provides for lot area regulations in the Production-Distribution District; and WHEREA3, Council, with the recommendation of its Building Commissioner and Village Engineer, has determined that Office and Laboratory use in the Production-Distribution District be restricted; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Existing Section 1173.02, entitled "Conformance," now consisting of Subsection (a) thru (e) is hereby amended by adding Subsection (f) pertaining to the annual review by the Building Commissioner of Office - Laboratory use in a Production-Distribution District, so that the amended Section 1173.02 shall read as follows: 1173.02 CONFORMANCE. (a) In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter the Motorist Service District, Office-Laboratory District and Production-Distribution District regulations are hereby established.
