ORDINANCE 91- 20 <br />Page 3 <br />1173.03 PERNlITTED USES <br />Buildings and lands shall be used, and buildings shall be <br />designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained in whole or in <br />part only for the main or accessory uses set forth in the <br />following schedules and regulations. <br />* * * <br />(c) Production-Distribution District. <br />1. Main Buildings and uses. <br />A. Offices and Laboratories, as <br />permitted in an Office-Laboratory, <br />District not to exceed twenty-five <br />percent (25%) of the total building <br />area. <br />SECTION 3.
