M. V. ORDINANCE 91-20 <br />Page 4. <br />SECTION 3. Existing Section 1173.07(a)(1)(C) pertaining <br />to the Off-Street Parking regulations in Office-Laboratory <br />District and Production-Distribution Districts is hereby amended <br />so that the amended Section 1173.07(a)(1)(C) shall read as <br />follows: <br />1173.07 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING. <br />Off-Street parking and off-street loading facilities shall <br />be provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy and <br />maintenance of any use whenever a building is constructed or <br />altered. <br />(a) Standards and Design for Parking Facilities. <br />(1) Off-street parking spaces. Not less than the <br />following facilities shall be provided whenever.a new use us <br />hereafter established, an existing building is altered which <br />results in an increase in floor area of a building, or whenever <br />the use of an existing building is changed. <br />?r * * <br />C. In Office-Laboratory Districts, 1 space <br />per 200 square feet of floor area. In <br />Production-Distribution Districts, 1 space <br />for each 1 1/2 employees or 1 space for each <br />300 square feet of building area, whichever <br />is greater. However, in the event any <br />building area in the Production-Distribution <br />District is used as office and/or laboratory, <br />the off-street parking requirements shall be <br />1 space per 200 square feet of building use. <br />SECTION 4. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 6. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Elections for approval or rejection by the <br />electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pursuant to Article III,
