O. M. CENTER ROAD AATD DECLAItINfG AN EMEI2GENCY WHEREAS, on July 21, 1985, Mayfield Village Council enacted Ordinance Noe 85-16 which required that all commercial signs must be in compliance with the Codified Ordinances within five (5) years; and WHEREAS, Mayfield United Methodist Church has a sign on the premises known as 810 S.O.M. Center Road that would be in violation of Section 1185.14 of Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances; and WHEREAS, Mayfield United Methodist Church has requested a six (6) month extension in order to comply with such ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 3, 1991, recommended to Council to grant such an extension; and WHEREAS, Council is desirous to grant an extension to a six (6) month extension to Mayfield United Methodist Church to allow its compliance with Ordinance No. 85-16; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Mayfield United Methodist Church is hereby granted a six (6) month extension to comply with Ordinance No. 85-16 in respect to the sign located at 810 S.O.M. Center Road. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
