ORDINANCE NO. 91- 30 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDYNANCE <br />ADOPTING A TAX BUDGET FOR <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR 1992 AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Section 5705.28 of the Ohio Revised Code requires <br />that, on or before the 15th day of July in each year , the taxing <br />authority of each subdivision adopt a tax budget for the next <br />succeeding fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tax budget for Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, for the year 1992 has been prepared by the Director of <br />Finance in the form prescribed by law; and <br />WHEREAS, two (2) copies of the" said budget have been placed <br />on file in the Office of the Director of Finance for public <br />inspection more than ten (10) days prior to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council, on July 15, 1991, at 7:50 P.M. will <br />hold a public hearing on the said proposed budget, notice of said <br />hearing will be published not less than ten (10) days prior to <br />the date thereof in a newspaper having general circulation with <br />the Village of Mayfield, all as required by Section 5705.30 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council deems it necessary to adopt the said <br />budget and to submit the same to the Cuyahoga County Auditor, as <br />required by law, now therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The tax budget of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />showing anticipated receipts and expenditures of the Village for <br />the year 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />"Exhibit A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten, be the <br />same is hereby approved and adopted, pursuant to Section 5705.28 <br />of the Ohio Revised Code.
