, ? ORDINANCE NO. 91-39 *Repealed by Res. 92-11 9/21/92 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN IIHERGENCY ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PARK PURPOSES. WHF.RF.AS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, by Resolution No. 91?-63 , passed June 26- , 1991, de- clared the necessity and intention of appropriating the fee simple property interests herein described for public park purposes, includ- ing a municipal golf course; and WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of such Resolution has been served upon the persons in possession or having an interest in such property; and WFTF.RF.AS, the Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure , required for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO, THAT: Section l. For the public purpose of establishing a public ?,.park, including a municipal golf course, the following fee simple interest be and the same hereby is appropriated: Parcel No. 1 Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 5, Tract 1, and is further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of S.O.M. Center Road (60 feet in width) and the Southerly line of the Midvale Land Company's Fair Acres Subdivision as recorded in Volume 94 of Maps, page 34 of Cuyahoga County.Records. Thence South 1018100" East, 401.07 feet along the center line of S.O.M. Center Road to the princi- pal place of beginning. Thence South 89052120" West, 383.25 feet; Thence South 1018100" East, 113.69 feet; Thence North 89052'20" East 383.25 feet, to the said center line of S.O.M. Center Road. Thence North 1018'00" West, 113.69 feet along the center line of S.O.M. Center Road to the principal place of beginning, containing 1 acre of land be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
