ORDINANCE N0. 91-38 <br />Edition, which consider watershed area, watershed shape, change in <br />land use, soil type, hydrologic condition, impervious area, <br />modification of hydraulic channels, increased intensity of rainfall <br />near the middle of a storm, initial abstraction (surface storage, <br />interception, and infiltration prior to runoff), and decreased <br />infiltration as a storm progresses. The provisions of the Ohio <br />Department of Natural Resources Division of Soil and Water <br />Conservation "Urban Sediment.Abatement Rules" 1501:15-1-01 thru <br />1501:15-1-07 or latest Edition shall be complied with. <br />Also, the provisions of the Ohio Department of Natural <br />Resources Ohio Dam Safety Laws (July 1, 1987) or latest Edition <br />shall also be complied with. <br />Also, the provisions of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />Wetland/Dredge and Fill or other permits shall also be complied <br />with. This is section 404 of the National Clean Water Act (33- <br />U.S.C. - 1344). <br />Also, the provisions of the U.S. E.P.A. (N.P.D.E.S.) National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Section 402 (P) of the <br />National Clean Water Act (33-U.S.L.-1251) shall also be complied <br />with. <br />8
