ORDINANCE N0. 91-38 <br />SCOPE <br />These Rules and Regulations shall apply to earth disturbing <br />activities within the jurisdiction of the Village of Mayfield-on <br />areas designated below, unless otherwise excluded within these <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />(A) These Rules and Regulations apply to land being used for: <br />(1) commercial, <br />(2) industrial, <br />(3) residential, <br />(4) recreational, <br />(5) public service, or <br />(6) other non-farm purposes <br />(B) These Rules and Regulations do not apply to: <br />(1) Strip mining operations regulated by Section 1513 of the <br />Ohio Revised Code; or <br />(2) Surface NTining operations regulated by Section 1514.01 <br />of the Ohio Revised Code; or <br />(3) Those areas managed j ointly as a farming or silvicultural <br />(forestry) operation or regulated by Ohio Agricultural <br />Sediment Pollution Abatement Rules in Sections 1501:15-3- <br />01 to 1501:15-3-09 of the Ohio Administrative Code. <br />(C) These Rules and Regulations do not apply to development areas <br />of less than 5.000 square feet. <br />32
