Ordinance No. 91-50 <br />Page 2 <br />b) A variance as to Section 1185.14 (c)(7) to <br />?'{tallow an excess of 5 feet, 11 inches in <br />heights, for a total heights of 11 feet, 11 <br />inches above natural grade,for a ground sign. <br />c) A variance as to Section 1185.14 (c)(7) <br />to allow the ground sign.to be located 7 <br />feet, 3 inches from the right of way, <br />instead of the thirty (30) as required. <br />d) A variance as to Section 1185.05 (b) to <br />allow signage with a white background <br />with dark lettering. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety <br />?-'and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the <br />reason in order to assist the Municipality in enforcing its Code <br />provisions.
