M.V. Ordinance No. 91-56 Page 23 <br />1375.99 Penalty. <br />Violation of the provisions. of this Chapter or <br />failure to comply with any of its requirements shall <br />constitute a misdemeanor of the first degree. Any person <br />who violates this Chapter or fails to comply with any of <br />its requirements (including violations of conditions of <br />and safeguards established in connection with conditions) <br />shall upon conviction thereof be fined or imprisoned as <br />provided by the laws of Mayfield Village. Each day such <br />violation continues shall be considered a separate <br />offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent Mayfield <br />Village from taking such other lawful action as is <br />necessary to prevent or remedy any violations. <br />SECTION 2. Existing Chapter 1375 is hereby repealed in its <br />entirety. <br />3ECTION 3. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are hereby repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. That the Council finds and determines that a11 <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at operi meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting <br />in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, <br />in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION S. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Mayfield Village <br />for the reason that the Chapter enacted herein is necessary in <br />order to maintain eligibility in the National Flood Insurance <br />Program. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage
