ORDINANCE N0.2013-17 INTRODUCED,:B~': Mayor Rinke~'~and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING CODIFIED ORDINANCE SECTION 1511.05(g)(2)(C) RELATING TO PORTABLE OUTDOOR FIRE PLACES USED AT ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS. WHEREAS, after review and approval by the Ordinance Review Committee, it is recommended that Codified Ordinance Section 1511.05(g)(2)(C) be amended to prohibit portable outdoor fireplaces at one and two family dwellings unless the same comply with the provisions of the section; and WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it in the best interest of the Village and its residents to amend the section as recommended by the Ordinance Review Committee. NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT ORDAINED BY .THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 1511.05(g)(2)(C) of the Village's Codified Ordinances shall be amended to read as more fully set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village Codified Ordinances not inconsistent herewith shah remain in-full force an~ effect. SECTION 3 . The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this ,Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to' the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
