Page 39 of Cuyahoga County Records a distance of 528.00 feet to a <br />capped iron pin set; <br />Thence South 0°25'22" East, along the Westerly line of aforesaid Ken's Auto Service, <br />Inc.'s a distance 258.00 feet to a capped iron pin set in the Northerly line of land eanveyed to the <br />Mayfield Board of Education (PPN 831-15-012); <br />Thence North 89°58'44" West, along said Northerly line a distance of 311.31 feet to a 1- <br />inchdiameter iron pipe found (observed 0.59 feet South and 0.48 feet West) at the Southeasterly <br />corner of land conveyed to 731 Beta Ltd. (PPN 831-14-008) by deed recorded in Volume 96- <br />1057, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 0°25'22" West, along the Easterly line of said land a distance of 278.00 <br />feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin found (observed 0.10 feet North and 0.07 feet West) at the <br />Southwesterly corner of Parcel B of the Lot Split and Consolidation PIat for Georgian Medical <br />Arts, LLC as recorded in Volume 329 of Maps, Page 87 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence South 89°58'44" East, along the Southerly line of said Parcel B and continuing <br />along the Southerly line of Parcel A of said Lot Split and passing through a capped iron pin set at <br />786.31 feet, a distance of 839.31 feat to a point in the centerline of S.O.M.
