ORDINANCE N0.2012-02 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY CODIFIED ORDINANCE SECTION 131.08 COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR WHEREAS, the Law Director has recommended that Codified Ordinance Section 131.08 of the Village of Hayfield's Code pertaining to the establishment of the position of Community Relations Coordinator, enacted per Ordinance 92-14, passed May 18, 1992 and as subsequently amended, be repealed in its entirety since this position is no longer an active position; and WHEREAS, Village Council, has deemed it to be in the best interest of health, safety, and welfare of all Village residents to repeal this section based upon the recommendation of the Law Director. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Codified Ordinance Section 131.08 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village as enacted per Ordinance 92-14, passed May 18, 1992 and as currently set forth be repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
