EXHIBIT ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT Rev i se,~ 3-z-r~-- THIS ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"} is made and entered into this day of March, 2012, by and between the BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the CUYAHOGA COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY, located at 2111 Snow Road, Parana, Ohio 44134 ("Grantee"), and MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, an Ohio Municipal Corporation located at 6b22 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143-3499 ("Grantor"). RECITALS WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain real property in Mayfield Village, situated in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, more particularly described and identified on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, ("Grantor's Property"); and WHEREAS, Grantee owns property contiguous to the Property and mare particularly descn~ed and identified one Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Grantee's Property") and requires an easement across the Grantor's Property for purposes of parking and accessing Grantee's Property; and WHEREAS, in order to allow for additional parking to benefit Grantee's Property and to permit ingress to and egress from Grantee's Property, Grantor desires to grant to Grantee, and I Grantee desires to obtain from Grantor, cei~taina nonexclusive perpetual easements for parking, ingress and egress purposes over ~ portions of Grantor's Property, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars {$10.00) paid by Grantee and other good and valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Grantor and Grantee agree as follows: 1.
