McKnight to p ovide 1 dscal Village's codified ordinances on any building permit ppl: ongoing Village public projects. ~~,,v ~, cKnig as the Village's Landscape best interest of the health, safety and and establish the terms, conditions and ~e architectural design services per the ications and in addition for current and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL, OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor's appointment of James S. McKnight is hereby confirmed, effective immediately subject to all applicable Village Ordinances and on the following terms, conditions and compensation hereinafter established. SECTION 2. James S. McKnight is hereby employed as the Village's Landscape Architect in accordance with Mayfield Village Codified Ordinance 1301.05 and to perform services for Mayfield Village public projects effective immediately through December 31, 2012 provided, however, that such employment may be terminated by either the Village or said Municipal Landscape. Architect upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other. SECTION 3. James S. McKnight shall lie compensated for all landscape architectural design services in connection with any and all building permit applications and public improvements constructed by the Village or in cooperation with any governmental agency including Federal or State or County agencies. Compensation shall be made on the basis of time spent by him or his employees and associates at the rate set forth in the following schedule of hourly rates: James S. McKnight/Principal .....................................$120.00 Associate Landscape Architects ..................................$90.00 An invoice will be sent at the end of each month and payment shall be made no later than (30) thirty days thereafter. The Landscape Architect shall provide such documentation as the Village deems necessary to substantiate such invoices. Expenses for reproductions and printing will be reimbursable and itemized on the invoice or by separate documentation.
