Over tl~e life of the pennit; the PIPE programming will reach 50% of the population of the <br />member communities oftlie Euclid Creek Watershed Council. <br />9. SWCD will provide 2-4 water quality or watershed-related factsheets for the Community's <br />display and/or other uses on a quarterly basis. <br />10. SWCD will provide quarterly stone water articles for publication in the Community newsletter <br />or website. SWCD will work with the appropriate staff person to place the infonnation in <br />Community publications. <br />1 l . SWCD will provide a package of watershed education materials for the Community to display <br />for residents three times a year. SWCD will work with the Community to establish the best <br />location for dissemination of these materials. <br />12. SWCD will provide notices of educational programs or events for students and teachers in <br />grades K-12, including; but not limited to SWCD sponsored events such as Envirotllon, <br />Conservation Day, and Forestry Camp. <br />13. SWCD will coordinate an annual teacher workshop or provide tools with current, age-related <br />cun•icula related to soils, water quality, storm water, and / or watersheds. <br />14. SWCD will distribute three Euclid Creek e-newsletters per year. <br />15. SWCD will update events and information on the Euclid Creek Watershed website. <br />16. SWCD will provide an Annual Report of all activities undertaken to each community for <br />incorporating into its annual submission of the stone water management program to OEPA. <br />Copies of all flyers, notices, types of stakeholders reached, attendance records, and any data <br />collected in the formatting required by Ohio EPA will be maintained and stored at the SWCD <br />offices. <br />17. SWCD will seek opportunities to maximize impact and minimize additional program costs <br />related to printing large quantities of selected materials that become available to the public. <br />18. SWCD will work with the Euclid Creek Watershed communities to educate them about new <br />requirements of the NPDES general permit for the PIPE program as they develop, related to <br />the program decision process, perfonnance standards, and annual reporting requirements. <br />Serve as fiscal agent for the Euclid Creek Watershed Council. <br />SWCD's Role Related to General Technical Assistance <br />]. The SWCD will provide limited technical services, related to erosion and sediment control and <br />stone water management, specifically to assist in the development of local ordinances to <br />promote universal application of best management practices at construction sites. <br />2. The SWCD will provide limited technical services to the Euclid Creek Watershed <br />communities on matters related to: <br />a. Sound stone water management through accepted best management practices; <br />b. Genera] evaluation of sensitive areas such as creeks, floodplains, soils, slopes, <br />wetlands, watersheds, woodlands or other unique areas that are planned for <br />development; <br />c. Protection of sensitive natural areas; <br />d.
