ORDINANCE NO. 2011-14 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 157 <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />CREATING A RECORDS COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 88-8, the Village enacted Chapter 157 <br />of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, creating a Records Commission. <br />WHEREAS, at this time it is necessary to amend Chapter 157 of the Codified <br />Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village has deemed it in the best interest of the health, safety <br />and welfare of all residents to make the appropriate amendments to Chapter 157 of the <br />Codified Ordinances. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 157 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio is hereby amended as more fully set forth in Exhibit.. A attached hereto. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed forward a certified <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />
