<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2011-31 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY <br />CHAPTER 1309.22-PARK AND RECREATION <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FEE <br />OF THE VILLAGE CODIFIED ORDINANCES. <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Ordinance Review Committee and <br />Building Commission that, due to the fact that the fee noted in 1309.22 has not been <br />collected by the Village since the time the Ordinance was enacted per Ord. 92-18, passed <br />6-1-92, Codified Ordinance Section 1309.22 shall be repealed in its entirety; and <br />WHEREAS, Village Council, has deemed it to be in the best interest of health, <br />safety, and welfare of all Village residents to enact the Ordinance Review Committee and <br />Building Commissioner's recommendation and repeal Codified Ordinance Section <br />1309.22. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 1309.22 of the Village's Codified Ordinances as enacted in <br />1992 as Ord. 92-18, per the recommendation of the Ordinance Review Committee and the <br />Building Commissioner, shall be repealed in its entirety. <br />SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not <br />inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed forward a certified <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this <br />Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />
