ORDINANCE NO. 2010-09 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY RANGES FOR <br />THE PARKVIEW SWIMMING POOL EMPLOYEES <br />FOR THE 2010 SEASON <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director has recommended a salary range, per <br />hour, for certain positions that will be used in servicing the Parkview Swimming Pool in the <br />Village of Mayfield during the 2010 pool season. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The following positions and salary ranges, per hour, are established for the <br />2010 pool season at the Parkview Swimming Pool in the Village of Mayfield: <br />POSITION: <br />SALARY RANGE / PER HOUR <br />Pool Manager <br />Assistant Pool Manager <br />Snack Bar Manager <br />Snack Bar Supervisor <br />Learn to Swim Coordinator <br />Head Lifeguard <br />Lifeguard <br />Lifeguard with WSI (Water Safety Instructor) <br />Head Cashier <br />Cashier <br />Checker/Pool Attendant <br />Pool Maintenance <br />Snack Bar Attendant <br />Head Coach <br />Assistant Coach <br />Special Program Water Instructor <br />$12.00-19.00 <br />$10.00-17.00 <br />$10.00-18.50 <br />$ 9.00-13.00 <br />$ 8.00-16.00 <br />$ 8.00-17.00 <br />$ 7.50-15.00 <br />$ 8.50-16.00 <br />$ 8.00-14.00 <br />$ 7.30-11.00 <br />$ 7.30-11.00 <br />$ 7.30-14.00 <br />$ 7.30-12.00 <br />$350.00 - 700.00 per season <br />$300.00 - 500.00 per season <br />$200.00 - per season or negotiable <br />• Note: All positions above have the same hourly rate as in the 2009 suinmer season <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took <br />place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
