ORDINANCE NO. 2010-22 <br />PAGE TWO <br />PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT <br />(MAJORITY AFFIRMATIVE VOTE REQUIRED) <br />SHALL THE MAYFIELD VILLAGE CHARTER BE <br />AMENDED IN ITS ENTIRETY TO CORRECT AND <br />CLARIFY ALL GRAMMATICAL AND DEFINITION <br />IRREGULARITIES AND TO ESTABLISH THE <br />CHARTER AS GENDER NEUTRAL THROUGHOUT? <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law and upon signature by the Mayor. <br />SECTION 6.
