(h) All required oft=street parking spaces shall have a vertical clearance of at least six (6) feet and siY (,6) inches. (i) Handicapped off-streei parlcin Spaces shall be provided in size and number as specified in the Ohio Basic Building Code. - (j) Required off-street parlcing spaces shall have a maximum square foot area of no more than 1-980 square feet or nine a•,d e„°ha'f feet wide and twenty feet in length eYClusive of access drives and aisles. Such illumination shall be so designed and located that light sources are shielded from adjoining residential districts and streets, and shall not be of excessive brightness or cause a glare hazardous to pedestrians or drivers.
