ORDINANCE NO. 2009-05 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENI)ING CHAPTER 311 OF THE VILLAGE'S CODIFIED O12DINANCES TO DELETE SECTION 311.04 WHEREAS, at this time, it has been deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to specifically amend Chapter 311 to delete Section 311.04 and reference Section 905.01. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION l. Chapter 311 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village pertaining to Street Obstructions and Special Uses is hereby and herein amended to delete Section 311.04 in its entirety and solely include a reference to Section 905.01, and shall read as follows: 311.04 BLOCKAGE: SIGNS, WARNING LIGHTS AND BARRICAI)ES. SECTION 2. The Clerlc of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village,
