<br />VILLAGE'S CODIFIEI) ORDINANCES
<br />TO AMEND SECTION 745.99.
<br />WHEREAS, at this time, it has been deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and
<br />welfare of all Village residents to specifically amend Chapter 745 at Section 745.99.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE,
<br />OHIO, THAT:
<br />SECTION 1. Section 745.99 of Chapter 745 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village
<br />pertaining to Street Sales is hereby and herein amended to read as follows:
<br />745.99 PENALTY.
<br />Whoever sells or offers for sale any goods, wares or merchandise in or upon
<br />the streets, whether dedicated or undedicated, or other public places within the
<br />Municipality without holding a valid permit as required in this chapter or whoever

<br />misdemeanor of the first degree.
<br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of
<br />this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield.
<br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council
<br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that
<br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in
<br />meetings open tb the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the
<br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
