EXHIEIT B <br />373.07 SAFE RIDING REGULATIONS. <br />(a) Any person operating a bicycle, adult tricycle or unicycle shall obey the <br />instructions of official traffic-control signals, signs and other control devices applicable to <br />vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a police officer. <br />(b) Persons riding bicycles, tricycles or unicycles upon a street shall ride in single file <br />only and not abreast except on trails or parts of streets set aside for the use of bicycles, <br />tricycles or unicycles. <br />C rl oir'nn+ d usable 4rni1 f r hinvnloo, trincrn_lLoJ VL Ulllt,'LILU ?n rnlno hnn a.?V b`ori <br />! bieyele, <br />o+ iino 4ho n4ront <br />(d) (c) No person shall ride a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a sidewalk upon or <br />along which signs have been erected by authority of the Mayor prohibiting such bicycle, <br />tricycle or unicycle riding. <br />(-e-) (d) Whenever a person is riding a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a sidewalk, <br />bicycle trail or street, such a person shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and shall <br />give an audible signal before attempting to overtake and pass a pedestrian or another bicycle, <br />tricycle or unicycle. This audible signal must be given only by a bell or other warning device <br />capable of giving an audible signal and shall be given at such a distance and in such a manner <br />as not to startle the person or persons being overtaken and passed. <br />(f) (e) Whenever a person is riding a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a sidewalk, the <br />person before overtaking and passing a blind person carrying a white cane shall dismount and <br />overtake on foot. <br />(g) (f) When a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle is operated on the street, the operator shall <br />give hand signals before turning, changing lanes or stopping. Such signals shall conform with <br />Motor Vehicle Laws of Ohio.
