ORDINANCE NO. 2009-29 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AIVIENDING SECTION 739.03(a)(11) OF THE <br />VILLAGE'S CODIFIED ORDINANCES. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the creation of Chapter 767 entitled Fee Schedule, it has <br />been deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to <br />specifically amend Section 739.03(a)(11) to reference the fees set forth in Chapter 767. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 739.03(a)(11) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village <br />pertaining to Solicitations at Private Residences is hereby and herein amended to read as <br />follows: <br />739.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT/REGISTRATION <br />REQUIRElVIENTS. <br />(a) <br />(11) Such application shall be accompanied by a fee as set <br />forth in Chapter 767, Fee Schedule, at 767.739(a) ^f *w°n*y ao <br />($29:99). Any person, group of persons or organizations acting on <br />behalf of a tax exempt organization as defined by Section 501 of the <br />Internal Revenue Code shall be exempt from such application fee. <br />(Ord. 2006-04. Passed 3-20-06.) <br />SECTION 2. All of the other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not <br />inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
