ORDINANCE NO. 2009-31 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and C,ouncil as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 745.05(f) <br />OF THE VILLAGE'S CODIFIED ORDINANCES. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the creation of Chapter 767 entitled Fee Schedule, it has <br />been deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to <br />specifically amend Section 745.05(f) to reference the fees set forth in Chapter 767.\ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 745.05(f) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village pertaining <br />to Street Sales is hereby and herein amended to read.as follows: <br />745.05 PERMIT; FEE. <br />(f) The sum as set forth in Chapter 767, Fee Schedule at Section <br />767.745 af * *y fv° d^"ars (Q25nm shall accompany each <br />application for a permit. <br />(Ord. 1064. Passed 6-17-68.) <br />SECTION 2. All of the other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not <br />inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at opem: meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
