<br />AMENDING SECTION 761.02
<br />OF THE VILLAGE'S CODIFIED ORDINANCES.
<br />WHEREAS, as a result of the creation of Chapter 767 entitled Fee Schedule, it has
<br />been deemed in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to
<br />specifically amend Section 761.02 to reference the fees set forth in Chapter 767.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD
<br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT:
<br />SECTION 1. Section 761.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village pertaining to
<br />Permit Application; Fee; Effective Period is hereby and herein amended to read as follows:
<br />761.02 PERMI'I' APPLICATION; FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
<br />Prior to the issuance of each permit, the applicant shall furnish the
<br />make and model of the vehicle to be used and the name, address and
<br />telephone number of the owner and operator of such vehicle. A permit
<br />• shall be required for each and every vehicle that shall be used to plow
<br />snow for hire from private driveways within the Municipality. Each
<br />applicant shall pay the sum as set forth in Chapter 767, Fee Schedule at
<br />Section 767.761(a) ^f +o„ a„ll,,,.s (e, n nn) for the permit required. In the
<br />event that some person, firm or corporation has more than one such
<br />vehicle intended for use within the Municipality then, in that event, the
<br />permit fee for each additional vehicle shall be the sum as set forth in

<br />vehiele. Each permit shall remain in effect from October 15 to April 15
<br />of the following year.

<br />SECTION 2. All of the other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not
<br />inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />? SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified
<br />copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield.
