ORDINANCE NO. 2009-35 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORI)INANCE CONFIRMING <br />THE AFPOINTMENT OF RONALD WI'NNE AS THE <br />DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />ANI) ESTABLISHIleTG TFIE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND COMPENSATION. <br />WEEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Ronald Wynne, Director of Finance for <br />Mayfield Village, pursuant to Article 5, Section 5 of the Village's Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems it necessaty and in the best interest of the health, safety <br />and welfare of all Village residents to confirm this appointment and establish the terms, <br />conditions and compensation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THA'T: <br />SECTION 1. The Mayor's appointment of Ronald Wynne as Finance Director for <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio is hereby confirmed effective June 15, 2009, subject to all <br />applicable Village Ordinances and to the terms, conditions and compensation hereinafter <br />established. <br />SECTION 2. That upon the effective date of this appointment and confirmation by <br />Council, Ronald Wynne shall be entitled to be compensated as the rate of $101,057.00 per <br />year for all services rendered to the municipality in his capacity as the Director of Finance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this <br />Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
