(j} The ultimate proposed use of ihe land after the removal of the top soil. <br />(k) A statement that the applicant is capable of and will furnish a performance <br />bond in the amount of five hmadred thousand doliars ($5,000.00) for each acre or fraction <br />thereof included in the permit. <br />The application shall be forwarded to the Municipal Engineer and <br />Building Commissioner, and based upon tagethef ' their report and recommendations <br />#hereex, a permit will be issued or denied by the Building Commissioner. The Buildin? <br />Commissioner may also forward the application to the Planning Commission for their report <br />and recommendation and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Codifed <br />Ordinance Chapter 1149, if the application for a permit establishes that the cantemplated <br />operations will constitute a continuous and ongoing business operation, <br />(Ord. 624. Passed 6-2-58.)
