1179.05 APPEAL. <br />The determination of any administrative official, in applying the regulations <br />promulgated hereunder, which is adverse to the rights of any Surface Owner or any <br />Permit Holder may be appealed to the Village Board of Zoning Appeals by filing a notice <br />of appeal with the Building Commissioner within five days of notification by the <br />administrative official that the Permit Holder or Surface Owner has not complied with the <br />regulation. The appeal shall be heard at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, but <br />such further hearings may be held as required for the Board to resolve the appeal. <br />Decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be appealable to Village Council by any <br />interested person or entity. <br />(Ord. 2007-28.
