EXHIBIT A <br />1119.17 INSURAIVCE. <br />The developer agrees to indemnify and save hatrnless the Municipality against and from any <br />and all loss, cost, darnage, liabiliry and expense on account of damage to property of, or injury to <br />or death of, the Municipality and any of its employees, agents or representatives or any third <br />person, caused by, growing out of or in any way whatsoever attributabie to the construction of <br />the improvements and the use of the street delineated on the subdivision plat during consti-uction. <br />The deveioper further agrees, but without limiting its liability to indemnify the Municipality to <br />caY7y liability insurance conhacts with any insurance company or companies agooptable <br />?•'? ?-? ??-???' authorized to do business in Ohio and with an A. M. Best rating acceptable to <br />tLm <br />the VillWe during the period of the constivction in the sttm of <br />, , one <br />million dolIars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for injury to or death of persons or destruction <br />of propertX , <br />ptx?pe", which insurance conri•acts shall include the Municipality as a named insured.
