Ordinance 2003-08 CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE ACCOLTNT FLTND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' Retainage Account Fund the sum of: Total Budget $33,000.00 $23,035,412.96 Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 2001 encumbrances were as follows: General Fund $875,462.85 Street Lighting Fund $8,493.71 SCM&R Fund $21,127.92 Community Room Fund $1,999.90 Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $2,057.50 Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $90.15 Infrastructure Improvement Fund $20,370.00 General Bond Retirement Fund $7,733.22 Capital Improvement Fund $65,854.44 Upper 40 Project Fund $10,099.77 Northwest Quadrant Fund $94,185.47 S.O.M. Center Widening Project Fund $147,125.21 Parkview Pool Construction Fund $10,777.93 O.B.B.C. FeeFund $28.82 Performance Bond Fund $11,747.94 Contractors' Retainage Account $40,93228 $1,318,087.11 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2003, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000); and B.
