No. 831-15-002) by deed recorded <br />in AFN #200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 87°23'S7" West, along the Northerly line of said land a distance of <br />212.11 feet to a capped iron pin set; <br />Thence North 0°53'S7" East, a distance of 230.80 feet to a capped iron pin set in <br />the Southerly line of Alvin I. Krenzler, aforesaid <br />Thence South 87°25' 13" East, along the Southerly line of said Krenzler's land a <br />distance of 212.11 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 1.124 acres <br />(48,941 square feet) of land as surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., <br />Registered Surveyor No. 5160, in Apri12003, be the same more or less but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br />The basis of bearing for this description being the centerline of S.O.M.
