Center Road, originally 60 feet wide, said monument being distant South <br />4°54'45" East, along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road, 337.18 feet from its <br />intersection with centerline of Beta Drive, 60 feet wide; Thence South 0°53'S7" West, <br />along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 593.33 feet to the Southeasterly <br />corner of land conveyed to Alvin I. Krenzler (P.P. No. 831-13-006) by deed recorded in <br />Volume 97-06646, Page 60 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 87°25' 13" West <br />along the Southerly line of said Krenzler's land a distance of 542.11 feet to a capped iron <br />pin set at the principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; <br />Thence South 0°53'S7" West, a distance of 230.80 feet to a capped iron pin set in <br />the Northerly line of land conveyed to Georgian Medical Arts, LLC (P.P. No. 831-15- <br />002) by deed recorded in AFN #200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 87°23'S7" West, along the Northerly line of said land a distanoe of <br />212.18 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin found (observed 0.45 feet South and 0.13 feet <br />West) in the Easterly line of land conveyed to The Cleveland Electric Illuminating <br />Company (P.P. No. 831-13-007), by deed recorded in Volume 12388, Page 573 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 0°53'S7" East, along said Easterly line 230.72 feet to an iron pin <br />found (capped Hantel, observed 0.10 feet North and 0.12 feet East) at the Southwesterly <br />corner of land conveyed to Alvin I. Krenzler, aforesaid <br />Thence South 87°25' 13" East, along the Southerly line of said Krenzler's land a <br />distance of 212.18 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 1.124 acres <br />(48,941 square feet) of land as surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., <br />Registered Surveyor No. 5160, in Apri12003, be the same more or less but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br />The basis of bearing for this description being the centerline of S.O.M. Center <br />Road, established as South 0°53'S7" West in the aforesaid deed recorded in AFN <br />#200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records.
