Center Road, 337.18 feet from its <br />intersection with centerline of Beta Drive, 60 feet wide; Thence South 0°53'S7" West, <br />along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 593.33 feet to the Southeasterly <br />corner of land conveyed to Alvin I. Krenzler (P.P. No. 831-13-006) by deed recorded in <br />Volume 97-06646, Page 60 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 87°25' 13" West <br />along the Southerly line of said Krenzler's land a distance of 330.00 feet to a capped iron <br />pin set at the principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; <br />Thence South 0°53'S7" West, a distance of 230.88 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron <br />pin found (observed 0.51 feet South and 0,06 feet West) at the Northeasterly corner of <br />land conveyed to Georgian Medical Arts, LLC (P.P. No. 831-15-002) by deed recorded <br />in AFN #200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 87°23'S7" West, along the Northerly line of said land a distance of <br />424.29 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin found (observed 0,45 feet South and 0.13 feet <br />West); <br />Thence North 0°53'S7" East, along the Easterly line of land conveyed to The <br />Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (P.P. No. 831-13-007), by deed recorded in <br />Volume 12388, Page 573 of Cuyahoga County Records a distance of 230.72 feet to a iron <br />pin found (capped Hantel) (observed 0.10 feet North and 0.12 feet East) at the <br />Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Alvin L Krenzler, aforesaid <br />Thence South 87°25' 13" East, along the Southerly line of said Krenzler's land a <br />distance of 424.28 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 2.247 acres <br />(97,883 square feet) of land as surveyed by Stephen Hovancselc & Associates, Inc., <br />Registered Surveyor No. 5160, in March 2003, be the same more or less but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br />The basis of bearing for this description being the centerline of S.O.M. Center <br />Road, established as South 0°53'S7" West in the aforesaid deed recorded in AFN <br />#200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records.
