Center Road, originally 60 feet wide, said monument being distant South 4°54'45" East, along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road, 337.18 feet from its intersection with centerline of Beta Drive, 60 feet wide; Thence South 0°53'S7" West, along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 890.33 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to James P. & Christine Linkas (P.P. No. 831-15-001) by deed recorded in Volume 91-02717, Page 40 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 87°23'S7" West along the Southerly line of said Linkas' land a distance of 53.08 feet to a capped iron pin set in the relocated Westerly line of S.O.M. Center Road, and principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence North 87°23'S7" West, continuing along said Southerly line a distance of 276.92 feet to a iron pin found (capped Dudley), (observed 0.06 feet South and 0.15 feet East) at the Northwesterly corner of said Linkas' land, said point also being in the Easterly line of land conveyed to Georgian Medical Arts LLC (P.P. No. 831-15-002) by deed recorded in AFN #200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 0°53'S7" East, along said Easterly line a distance of 66.00 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin found (observed 0.51 feet South and 0.06 feet West) at the Northeasterly corner of said lands; Thence South 87°23'S7" East, a distance of 276.91 feet to a capped iron pin set in the relocated Westerly line of S.O.M. Center Road; Thence South 0°53'26" West, along said Westerly line a distance of 66.00 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.419 acres (18,268 squaxe feet) of land as surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., Registered Surveyor No. 5160, in March 2003, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. The basis of bearing for this description being the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road, established as South 0°53'S7" West in the aforesaid deed recorded in AFN 4200209230592 of Cuyahoga County Records.
