Agreement bdween Mayfield Village and F.O.P. Lodge 57 <br />ARTICLE 35 <br />SALARYSCHEDULE <br />Section 35.1. Wages for 2003, 2004 and 2005 shall be in effect January 1 st of ea.ch year. <br />Section 35.3. On or before July 1 st in the year 2003, 2004 and 2005, each full-time member of <br />the bargaining unit is to receive $1000.00 with the understanding that such payment will not be <br />considered compensation, nor part of the base pay, for any purpose whatsoever. <br />ARTICLE 36 <br />SEVERABILITY <br />Section 36.1. In the event any one or more provision(s) of this Agreement is or aze deemed invalid or <br />unenforceable by any final decision of a court or subsequently enacted legislation, that portion(s) shall <br />be deemed severable from the rest of the Agreement and all such other parts of this Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 36.2. If in the event any provision is so rendered invalid, upon written request of either parry <br />hereto, the Employer and the F.O.P. shall. meet within thiriy (30) days for the purpose of negotiating a <br />satisfactory replacemetrt for such provision. <br />Section 36.3. Any negotiated change must be reduced to writing and be signed by both parties to be <br />effective and incorporated into this Agreement. <br />Puge 29 of 35
