Lodge 57 <br />• All written proposals or material shall be submitted in sufficient quantity to provide copies <br />to each member of the other party's bargaining team. <br />F. Agreements <br />Articles agreed to by the parties will be reduced to writirig, duplicated, <br />dated, and signed by the parties as a tentative agreement. When appropriate, <br />Section of Article agreed to by the parties will be reduced to writing, <br />duplicated, dated, and initialed by the parties as a tentative agreement on <br />that Section, pending tentative agreement of the complete Article. <br />2. Articles approved and agreed upon will be prepared in the final form by <br />the Village and duplicated with four (4) copies provided to the Union <br />committee. <br />3. Tentative agreements shall bind the bargaining teams and preclude withdrawal <br />or subsliturion oftentative agreenientsuntil exhaustion of the ratification process, <br />unless a withdrawal or substitution is mutually agreed to by the parties. <br />4. Within seven (7) days of rea.ching final tentative agreement on all articles, the <br />Union bargaining committee will present to the membership of the local Union for <br />ratification and the V'?llage will present to the V?illage Council. <br />5. Upon ratification by the Mayor and the Village Council and the local Union, the <br />bargaining committees will meet within seven (7) days to execute the Agreement <br />by affixing signature of the parties. <br />G. Meeting Note <br />• No recording or transcription shall be allowed during negotiation meetings apd each party <br />is responsible for taking its own meeting notes. <br />H. Meeting Arrangement <br />• The date and time of the next negotiating session shall, if possible, be agreed upon before <br />the close of each session. <br />1. Caucus <br />• A caucus may be called at any time during the negotiations by the Chief Negotiators for <br />either committee. <br />Page 32 0, f 35
