Upon <br />execution by both patties, this document serves as our agreement ta provide. the following scope of <br />serviees. <br />UNDERSTANri1NG Or+ T[IE reOJECT <br />SCOPE (DF THC VROJECT <br />Mayfield Village desires to develop an off road trail comdor to connect the Village Center, Centex Sehool, <br />Beta Park commercial developztaent, and zecieational faciliries. Tbe ttail ffiasterplan is illustr-ated on the <br />masterplan p[epat'ed by U1tS. The praposed vail cotridor is proposed to iun north of Wilson Mills Road <br />abouc 2 miles nortli to the V illage Rccreadoaal complex at Parkview Road. The trail corridor is gener.illy <br />envisioned a5 running. aboue 200 yards west of SR 91. The trail will have linkages to pedestrian <br />underpasses nnder SR 91, aad parks facilities. <br />Developffieat of Preliminary Plans wilL identify trail alignment, trai] gradients, br+dge crossings, property <br />or easement requirements, prepare cost estimates for engineering and conshuction, ideatify aphasing plan, <br />identify poa:ntial fianding sources. The Preliminary Plan dacument will provide plans and eost estimams <br />required to apply for grant funding.
