<br />center line of Beta Drive, 60.00 feet wide, as shown on the Dedication Plat of said Beta Drive, as
<br />recorded 'm Volume 209, Page 11 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence S 85° 04' 40"
<br />W, along said center line of Beta. Drive, 280.00 feet to an iron pin found therein; thence N 04°
<br />55' 20" W, 30.00 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Beta Drive, said point also being the
<br />Southwest corner of land conveyed to James A. Harth and Eileen C. Kenney, by deed da.ted
<br />August 26, 1987 and recorded in Volume 87-5992, Page 18 of Cuyahoga County records and the
<br />principal place of beg' ning;
