y•5 <br />AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of December, 2003, <br />in the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, between MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, a <br />Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the ("VILLAGE"), and LLOYD <br />CHAPMAN, hereinafter referred to as the, ("EMPLOYEE"). <br />1. Nature of Employment. &tt,?L <br />The Village does hereby employ, engage and hire, Employee to work as <br />its Property Manager. Said Employee shall have the various duties and responsibilities, <br />including but not limited to the following: <br />(a) Maintain security over properties in general, and the Zako property <br />in particular; <br />(b) Manage all rental properties including negotiating the rents for each <br />of the properties, making sure that all payments are submitted to the Village in a timely <br />manner and make recommendations for increases to rent when applicable; <br />(c) Negotiate a rental agreement with the Mayfield United Methodist <br />Church; <br />(d) Work with the Mayor, and the Village Council to discuss possible <br />uses of the Mayfield United Methodist Church property, the Zako property and any other <br />properties owned by the Village; <br />EXHIBIT <br />A
