4. Compensation. <br />The Village shall pay Employee, and Employee agrees to accept from the <br />Village, in full payment for Employee's services hereunder, compensation in the amount <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month plus the ability to live rent free in a current or <br />future Village owned property. It is understood that the ability to live rent free in a <br />current or future Village property may change from time to time and will be determined <br />by the Village in its sole and absolute discretion. While occupying the Village property, <br />the Employee agrees to be responsible to maintain the property in a condition <br />satisfactory to the Village. <br />5. Non-Disclosure of Information Concerning Business. <br />Employee agrees that Employee will not at any time, while employed or <br />thereafter, in any fashion, form, or manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose <br />or communicate to any person, firm or corporation in any manner whatsoever any <br />information relating to rental and/or purchase negotiations, the parties hereto stipulating <br />that as between them, the same are important, material and confidential and would <br />gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of the Village in negotiating rental <br />and purchase agreements, and that any breach of the terms of this paragraph will be <br />considered a material breach. <br />6. Commitments Binding on Employer Only on <br />Written Consent. <br />Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, it is expressly <br />understood and agreed that Employee shall not have the right to make any contracts or <br />commitments for or on behalf of the Village without the written consent of the Village. <br />3
