Ordinance 2001-06 <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Upper 40 Improvement Project Fund the sum of Twenty-Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of Two <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and <br />E. Transfer from the Parkview Pool Construction Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of <br />Twelve Thousand, One Hundred, Seventy-Six and 90/100 Dollars ($12,176.90); and <br />F. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Four <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain govemmental services.
