ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 20 <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 2. That all other Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield shall <br />remain as presentlyjdrafted unless inconsistent with this amendment. <br />SECTION 3. fi e Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the doption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that del? erations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements inc6?ing the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. ? <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinal?ce is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the he Ith, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio.
