Ordinance 200I-26 <br />M.C.I.C. FLTND: That there be appropriated from the M.C.I.C. Fund the sum of: <br />1,700.00 <br />MAYFIELD iJNION CEMETERY TRUST FLTND: That there be appropriated from the Mayfield Union <br />Cemetery Trust Fund the sum o£ <br />100.00 <br />PERFORMANCE BOND FLTND: That there be appropriated from the Performance Bond Fund the sum of: <br />5,000.00 <br />CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE ACCOIJNT FLTND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' <br />Retainage Account Fund the sum o£ <br />Total Budget <br />5,000.00 <br />4,360,445.00 <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 3: The Council fmds and deternunes that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />Mayfield Village 2001 Temporary Appropriation Budget <br />Page 4 of 5
