PARCEL 7-T <br />CUY-S.O.M. CENTER ROAD <br />TEMPORARY EASEMENT TO RECONSTRUCT DRIVE AND PERFORM GRADING <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Village of Mayfield, Original Mayfield <br />Township, Tract 1, O.L. 45, T8N, R10W and being more fully described as follows: <br />Being a parcel of land lying on the left side of the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of Wilson Mills Road; <br />Thence, North 0° 53' 11" West on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a <br />distance of 264.54 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 89° 06' 49" West a distance of 58.00 feet to a point on the proposed right of way <br />line, said point being 58.00 feet left of Station 12+64.54 on the centerline of right of way of <br />S.O.M. Center Road and the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; <br />Thence, South 89° 38' 18" West on Grantor's southerly properiy line a distance of 16.70 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, North 70° 16' 3 8 " West a distance of 15.17 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 0° 53' 11" West a distance of 39.75 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 80° 24' 37" East a distance of 9.98 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 4° 08' 04" West a distance of 38.81 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 4° O 1' 59" East a distance of 99.99 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 16° 43' 16" West a distance of 13.55 feet to a point on Grantor's northerly <br />property line; <br />Thence, North 89° 38' 18" East on Grantor's northerly property line a distance of 18.36 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, South 0° 53' 11" East on the proposed right of way line a distance of 198.00 feet to the <br />true place of beginning containing 0.100 acres. <br />The above described area is part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-15-014.
