CENTER ROAD <br />IN THE NAME AND FOR THE USE OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, RESERVING ALL <br />MINERAL RIGHTS TO THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, EXCLUDING LIMITATION OF <br />ACCESS <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Village of Mayfield, Original Mayfield <br />Township, Tract 1, O.L. 35, T8N, R10W and being more fully described as follows: <br />Being a parcel of land lying on the left side of the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of Highland Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 10' 55" East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance <br />of 862.71 feet to Grantor's northeasterly property corner said point being at Station 50+19.12 on <br />the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road and the true place of beginning of the parcel herein <br />described; <br />Thence, South 1° 10' 55" East on Grantor's easterly property line and the centerline of right of <br />way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 246.55 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 88° 40' 33" West on Grantor's property line a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on <br />the existing westerly right of way line of S.O.M. Center Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 10' 5 5" East on Grantor's easterly property line and the existing westerly right <br />of way line of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 21.44 feet to a point; <br />Thence, Northwesterly on the proposed right of way line along the arc of a curve to the right, <br />with a radius of 7681.94 feet, a central angle of 2° 00' 00", a tangent of 134.09 feet and whose <br />chord bears North 3° 13' 29" West 268.13 feet, an arc distance of 268.14 feet to a point on <br />Grantor's northerly property line; <br />Thence, North 88° 40' 3 3 " East on Grantor's northerly property line a distance of 39.56 feet to <br />the true place of beginning containing 0.204 acres, including the present road which occupies <br />0.170 acres. <br />Of the above described area 0.096 acres are part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-11-019, 0.107 acres <br />are part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-11-020 and 0.001 acres are part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831- <br />13-01 l. <br />This description is based on a survey made by URS Corporation in February, 1998 under the <br />direction and supervision of Richard E. Rockich, Registered Surveyor No. 5680.
