CENTER ROAD <br />PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SEWER <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Village of Mayfield, Original Mayfield <br />Township, Tract 1, O.L. 35, T8N, RlOW and being more fully described as follows: <br />Being a parcel of land lying on the left side of the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of Highland Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 10' S5" East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance <br />of 492.80 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 88° 49' OS" West a distance of 45.55 feet to a point on the proposed right of way <br />line, said point being 45.55 feet left of Station 53+89.03 and the true place of beginning of the <br />parcel herein described; <br />Thence, South 2° 06' 24" East on the proposed sewer easement line a distance of 27.00 feet to a <br />point on Grantor's southerly property line; <br />Thence, South 88° 40' 33" West on Grantor's southerly properiy line a distance of 15.00 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, North 2° 06' 24" West a distance of 27.00 feet to a point on Grantor's northerly property <br />line; <br />Thence, North 88° 40' 33" East on Grantor's northerly property line a distance of 15.00 feet to <br />the true place of beginning containing 0.009 acres. <br />The above described area is part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-11-15. <br />This description is based on a survey made by URS Corporation in February, 1998 under the <br />direction and supervision of Richard E. Rockich, Registered Surveyor No. 5680. <br />Grantor claims title by instrument recorded in Volume 97-132, Page 25 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Records. <br />The bearings used in this description are based on the Ohio State Plane Coordinate Grid System, <br />North Zone, NAD 83.
