Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of Highland Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 10' S5" East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance <br />of 492.80 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 88° 49' OS" West a distance of 45.55 feet to a point on the proposed right of way <br />line, said point being 45.55 feet left of Station 53+89.03 and the true place of beginning of the <br />parcel herein described; <br />Thence, South 2° 06' 24" East on the proposed sewer easement line a distance of 27.00 feet to a <br />point on Grantor's southerly property line; <br />Thence, South 88° 40' 33" West on Grantor's southerly properiy line a distance of 15.00 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence, North 2° 06' 24" West a distance of 27.00 feet to a point on Grantor's northerly property <br />line; <br />Thence, North 88° 40' 33" East on Grantor's northerly property line a distance of 15.00 feet to <br />the true place of beginning containing 0.009 acres. <br />The above described area is part of Auditor's Parcel No. 831-11-15. <br />This description is based on a survey made by URS Corporation in February, 1998 under the <br />direction and supervision of Richard E.
